As a professional NFL punter and former NC State standout, I’ve built my career on precision, power, and consistency. My lessons focus on teaching proper technique, body control, and mindset. These are the same fundamentals I use every day as a pro athlete.

Who is Trenton Gill?

Trenton Gill is a professional NFL punter who has played for the Chicago Bears, Denver Broncos and Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Drafted by the Bears in 2022, Trenton has obtained skills, that have been built through years of disciplined training and a relentless drive to master his craft.

A native of North Carolina, Trenton earned a scholarship to NC State University, where he became one of the most productive punters in school history. He set multiple program records, earned All-ACC honors, and established himself as one of the top specialists in college football.

Today, through Trenton Gill Kicking & Punting, he brings that same professional approach to every session. By helping athletes of all ages learn proper technique, build confidence, and unlock their full potential on and off the field.

Where do the lessons take place?

All sessions are held at local fields in the Dallas, TX area. I use several high-quality turf and grass fields depending on availability and weather. Once you book a session, I’ll send the exact location and directions a few days before your lesson.


What do Athletes need to bring to lessons?

Athletes should bring cleats, water, and any equipment they normally use (kicking block, holder, etc.). If it’s your first time, I’ll provide everything needed to get started. Just show up ready to learn and compete.


What experience level do you coach?

I work with athletes of all levels. From beginners learning proper form to high school and collegiate players preparing for the next level. Each lesson is customized to your skill set, age, and goals so you can see real improvement every time
